Jessica Kingsley Publishers has donated the book by Susan Lord, Getting Your Kid on a Gluten-Free Casein-Free Diet as a prize at the gluten free twitter party.

The easy-to-follow meal plans, complete with delicious recipes and ingredient lists, will guide you with confidence in providing a nutritionally-balanced diet for your child, as well as healthy meals the whole family will enjoy. Here is a listing of the contents.

Susan Lord is a registered dietitian with the American Dietetic Association. Her daughter was diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder at the age of five and has been on a gluten-free, casein-free diet for almost nine years.

The party takes place Friday, April 3rd. I will be giving this book away at the 7:30 PM PST time slot. More details and resources for the party.

Bonnie,
Have you read this book? Is it very helpful? Bug is the pickiest eater, but the more I read the more I am convinced that this diet has merit. I would like to find ways to change his diet..

Thanks
